At Vrumarket, we take pride in delivering fresh and hygienic dairy & soya products to our customers in Sangli City. Since most of our products are perishable, returns are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.
1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of products (milk, curd, paneer, lassi, buttermilk, etc.), returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery.

The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
