2. Products & Pricing

• Vrumarket offers fresh dairy and soya products, including milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, paneer, soya cookies, and more.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, slight variations in weight, packaging, or appearance may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online through our website or mobile application.

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order using secure payment options (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).

• Vrumarket does not store or have access to sensitive payment information.

• Orders are subject to confirmation. Vrumarket reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Vrumarket currently delivers only within Sangli City. Orders placed from outside Sangli will not be accepted or processed.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and the customer’s location within Sangli.

• Free shipping is applicable on eligible orders above a certain order value (as displayed at checkout).

• Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact them. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order may be canceled without a refund, as our products are perishable.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

• Refunds or replacements are available only if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.

• Any refund or replacement request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting proof (photo or video).

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and payment details.

• Customers are responsible for receiving the order at the scheduled delivery time.

• Misuse of the website, fraudulent orders, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent ban from using our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vrumarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, natural disasters, power failures, or internet issues).

8. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand names, images, content, and materials on the Vrumarket website are the property of Vrumarket.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
