Return & Refund Policy

At Vrumarket, we take pride in delivering fresh and hygienic dairy & soya products to our customers in Sangli City. Since most of our products are perishable, returns are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

1. Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of products (milk, curd, paneer, lassi, buttermilk, etc.), returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

  • A return or replacement will only be considered if:

    • The product is damaged at the time of delivery.

    • The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

2. Refund Policy

  • If your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be provided.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

3. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Orders where the delivery was delayed due to customer unavailability.

  • Products returned without valid proof of damage/expiry.
